Business Development
Business advice from the inside.
Alongside the software, I run multiple businesses with a wide range of services. That means living with the consequences of decisions about people, pricing, process, investment, customer experience and systems.
Over time, practical business advice has become a natural part of our work with many clients, especially where digital change exposes a wider opportunity or an operational headache.
Sonder Digital
A digital agency and the home of Envelope. Running Sonder keeps product, delivery, client relationships and technical investment in the same conversation.
The Group
I run other companies alongside Sonder Digital. Selling physical high-value products that put the theoretical concepts into real world practice.
Client businesses
For clients, the useful conversation is often broader than a website: what to sell, how work should flow, what to measure and where technology can remove friction.
Where I can help
- Clarifying an offer and its commercial priorities
- Finding the operational problem behind a digital brief
- Connecting customer experience with internal process
- Turning repeated manual work into a better system
- Making an ambitious plan executable in sensible stages
The style of advice
Direct, curious and practical. I’m not interested in a strategy that only survives in a pitch deck. The aim is to understand the constraints, make the trade-offs visible and identify the next useful move.
Sometimes that move is software. Sometimes it is a process, a decision or simply stopping work that no longer earns its complexity.
Got a problem that does not fit neatly in one box?
Those are usually the interesting ones.
